The clen I am not so guaranteed about. Started off on a dose of 40mcg on a daily basis. Felt nothing. Slowly moved to 160mcg every day and nonetheless come to feel nothing but have retained at it for around two months at that dose. Great communication. The fellows at https://ugloz.bio/
